Dyed and Treated Stone:
Many of the stones for sale online are treated in some way, to bring out the colour of the stone. Common examples of this are the use of dyes and heat to treat stones and emphasise their colour.
Where I know this has happened to the stones I use, I will disclose this in the product listing; however, not all suppliers are as diligent as one might like in passing on this information.
For this reason, you should assume that the stones in pieces you see for sale on this site may be treated to bring out the colour, even if this is not specifically mentioned in the listing.
If it is vital to you that the stones you use be absolutely natural, with no colour treatment, then please do get in touch to discuss before purchase.

Please note that my jewellery is not intended for use by children, as my work often contains small parts and some pieces may be delicate and need careful handling.
